Membership Cancellation Options:
- In-Person: Visit any of our three locations to cancel your membership.
- Email: Complete and send the club-provided cancellation form to Member Services.
- Mail: Mail a signed cancellation letter to your home club.
Please note that a 5-day notice is required to complete the cancellation process.
